The Whitewater compounding facility supports some of the industry’s most efficient and precise rubber mixing technology. The clean and temperature controlled operation is completely integrated with computerized controls for material handling, weighing and mixing.

The facility is ISO/TS 16949 certified as having met quality management system requirements for the design and development, production and, when relevant, installation and service of automotive-related products. ISO 16969 certified systems provide for continual improvement and emphasize defect prevention and reduction of variation and waste in the automotive industry supply chain. ISO 16949 is based on the ISO 9001 standard.

Compound laboratory

Preferred Whitewater advanced rubber material research and development lab can produce compound lab batches of less than 20 pounds in less than a week, slightly longer if specific properties must be met.
