Preferred Compounding’s Tennessee plant is dedicated to black rubber compounding. Huntingdon is between Memphis and Nashville and within five hours drive to St. Louis, Missouri, Birmingham, Alabama, Little Rock, Arkansas, Lexington, Kentucky, Evansville, Indiana and Jackson, Mississippi and six hours to Atlanta. Equipment includes two identically-equipped black mixers, automated bulk carbon black handling system and full on-site quality control lab.
